Shipping

Once you checkout, carefully check the shipping summary to confirm that the product(s) have been shipped with your preferred method.  Shipment costs fall to the buyer and may be calculated at the point of checkout.  Contact us to determine if we ship to your region if it’s not listed on the site.

Tracking Information

We usually provide a tracking number once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.  The tracking information will be sent to your email and can also be found in your account under the orders section.  You must be at your address at the delivery time to receive the package or make arrangements with the shipping company.

Arrival Time

The arrival time of your package is typically accurate to the inside of 48 hrs.  We have no influence over delays due to customs, holidays, or inclement weather.  Shipping delivery times are not necessarily accurate and may arrive sooner or later, depending on a multitude of events over which we do not have control.

Liability and Package Acceptance

Goods are deemed the customer’s responsibility, effective immediately once received.  The courier company will require someone to be at the premises during delivery, or your package will be held for re-delivery.   Shipping providers usually try a second delivery attempt if someone is not around during the first attempt.  After subsequent attempts, these companies may return the package or destroy the items.  Customers are responsible for taking appropriate measures with the courier company.

Dispatch Methods

Our processing and dispatch method will differ depending on the merchandise volume, payment method and previous orders.  If you require your goods for a specific date, you should consider processing times and plan accordingly.  If a quicker dispatch method is not available at checkout, you may contact us for advanced options.
