Our FAQ's section is compiled in order to make your shopping experience much easier.

Ordering

Our quality is the highest in the business when it comes to reps.  The product you receive will be a near 1:1 mirror image quality, with the materials on each panel/pattern matched forensically to the original.  We also take extra care to ensure the colors and stitching match perfectly.  All reps have minor differences but are not noticeable to the naked eye if produced with high standards.  This is because when something is manufactured, factors such as materials, machinery and craftsmanship are particular to the production run.  A specific factory has its own suppliers, machinery, and team.  Replicating all these factors precisely is nearly impossible.  Even when a company like Nike reproduces a retro shoe, there will be differences from their original version.

You should add your items to the cart and follow the checkout steps to purchase.  We do not take orders by phone or email.  We’ve aimed to make the checkout process as effortless as possible.

Our footwear fits true to size unless noted.  If you want to ensure shoes fit correctly, we recommend trying on a similar model from the same brand and using that as a reference. For Exampled:  If you plan to order a Dunk, try on that identical shoe at a store.  If not, use a similar Dunk model as a reference.

We generally offer discounts for ordering multiple pairs, leaving positive reviews or for video reviews on social media platforms.  Check our promotions page for more details, also check our work with us page.

Payments

We currently accept credit cards and crypto.  Due to payment provider requirements or general access issues, payment methods may change without notice.  If you require assistance with making a payment, please contact us.

Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of the products being offered we do not accept returns for any reasons.  If you received the wrong item, we would arrange to send you a replacement at no extra cost.  We do not accept returns for subtle differences in colors or craftsmanship.

The buyer is responsible for any duties on goods ordered.  We typically mark the value of your order under $50, allowing you to avoid import duties.  If your order is stopped and you must pay duties, please let us know, and we’ll advise you of your options.

It usually takes about 2-3 days to process and ship out orders.  Once shipped, your order may take as little as five days and as long as twenty-one days to arrive.  In most cases, orders usually arrive within ten days or less.  We aim to get orders out quickly; however, we do not have control over delays due to events such as customs clearance, inclement weather, or holidays.

We work with a variety of providers to send out goods.  Depending on your location, we may offer multiple shipping options.  If you want more detailed information, please tell us your shipping location and the items you wish to order. 

Generally, we do not have issues getting orders to customers.  There might be rare instances when items get stopped.  We do not have control of this, but are familiar with the rare occurrence.   If this does happen for any reason, please get in touch with us right away and we will take steps to make things right.
